Who we are
A UK engineering company, not a software vendor.
STRATIS is a small, focused engineering team based in the United Kingdom. We specialise exclusively in AI-powered automation for product businesses — ecommerce companies, wholesalers, distributors, and manufacturers who have reached a scale where manual data operations are holding them back.
We are not a software platform. We do not sell subscriptions to tools that you configure yourself. We are engineers who build systems — and we build them specifically for the business in front of us, not for a generic market.
We work with a deliberately small number of clients at any one time. That is a deliberate choice. It is what allows us to do the kind of thorough audit work that results in systems that actually fit your operation, rather than systems you have to adapt yourself.

Most automation tools are designed to solve a broad problem adequately. That is a reasonable commercial decision for a software company targeting a large market. It is not how we build.
We start every engagement by mapping your operation in detail — your data sources, your supplier formats, your system stack, your team's actual workflows. We do not skip this step. We do not rush it. The audit is the foundation on which everything else is built.
The system we build reflects exactly what we found in the audit. It fits your operation because it was designed for your operation — not because we adjusted a template until it was close enough.
